A colorful, tongue-in-cheek cookbook design featuring 12 beet recipes. The cookbook colors were inspired by the rich pigment of beets. Photographs throughout the book also showcase this playful vibrance. In addition to the design, I coined the title and wrote the back cover and introduction copy.
